All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Brick Squad Jax, including class passes, memberships, event registrations, merchandise, and other services, are final and non-refundable.

Missed Classes

Refunds will not be issued for missed classes, late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows.

Membership Payments

Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. If you choose to cancel your membership, your cancellation will stop future billing but will not refund previous payments.

Merchandise

Merchandise purchases are non-refundable. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your request and determine if a replacement or exchange is appropriate.

Event Registrations

Event registration fees are non-refundable unless Brick Squad Jax cancels the event. If an event is canceled by us, participants may receive a refund, account credit, or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

Refund requests are considered only when required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of Brick Squad Jax.
