First Time Members
First time with Brick Squad? Before joining your first Brick Squad workout, please complete the following:
Reserve your spot online in advance. Class sizes are limited, so booking ahead is required.
Review our cancellation, refund, late arrival, and class policies before attending.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class to check in, meet the squad, and get set up.

BYO EQUIPMENT IS ENCOURAGED
RESISTANCE BAND
Bring your own resistance bands if you have them! They'll help increase strength, improve mobility, and take your workout to the next level. Don't have any? No worries, we'll have extras available for purchase.
TWO 3LBS WEIGHTS
A pair of 3 lb dumbbells is encouraged to add an extra challenge to certain exercises. They're lightweight, versatile, and perfect for building strength and endurance.
WATER
Stay hydrated before, during, and after class. Bring a full water bottle so you can keep your energy up and finish strong.
TOWEL
Come ready to work! A towel will help keep you comfortable, dry, and focused as we push through every workout together.
